i5 4440 temps

I ran prime 95 for about 5 min the results was

Idle 36°C

100% load 81°C

But in considration that I'm using the stock cooler and the room temp is 31°C

So it that normal ??

Ideal you mean your idle or ideal idle? Your idle should be around 45C with that ambient. Min.

Please don't use prime 95  to stress test haswell CPU's. They draw more than what you will ever see in a normal to moderate situation. Use something like Aida 64 or OCCT.

Ok, I find it hard to believe that your idle is at 36C while ambient is 31C. But without knowing which CPU we are talking about...
