I think I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and that I got it recently. I am a PC gamer who usually plays at sensitvities where he only moves his wrist. Now sorry guys I cant post a picture as i dont have my camera but Im gona try to explain it:

 

Ok so just today i noticed looking at my hand that under the bottom left part of my palm(so basically in the left part of the wrist area like exactly where the hand bends) that I have a small bump there and its kind of red. But then i noticed i have this on my other hand too but in the opposite side(on the right side).

Well its kind of red but its not a mark. Also a bump has grown. I havent had this bump I dont think at least.

I use to have that bulge on my right hand, but it disappeared after I bought a mousepad with a gel cushion for my wrist.
