Overclocking

I am wondering if the PSU in this build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6HTrqs is good enough for an overclock on the CPU and GPU

you can oc the 4770k to match the speeds of the 4790k

but if i have 4ghz stock wouldn't that give me more room to overclock than having to get to that point in the first place

If your not doing intensive stuff like rendering, 3d modeling then you can just get a i5 4690k, main difference between i7 and i5 is hyper threading.

then a i5 4690k should be enough for video editing and gaming. it's a 100 dollars cheaper and if your going with a i7, there would be a few fps increase.

You wouldn't notice the Hyper Threading when gaming games like physical cores lol

However content creation software like adobe love threading so it depends which you will be doing more of I guess?
