Hi guys, I'm planning on doing a new PC, and I really, really don't wan't to overclock, and also, I want to have an i5 minimum because sometimes I need a decent processor and AMD I don't even want to think about AMD. I already have the OS and the monitor, so I just need the box itself :).

Any help is appreciated.

Why need an i5 for 700$ gaming pc? A cheap dual-core intel CPU + a good GPU should do just fine

My current rig for entertainment/gaming: i5 4570 3,2GHz; MSI B85M-E45; ZOTAC GTX760 AMP!; 8GB (2x4GB) by Kingston; Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm; Corsair 200R, Corsair VS650; Dell U2312HM, Samsung DVD R/W optical drive; CM Devastator; Corsair MM400 gaming pad

Even if you don't want to overclock, I would go with an unlocked processor just in case.  Anyways, the unlocked processor is quite often cheaper than the locked version.

i5 4670k (can OC to 4.4Ghz) - Hyper 212 evo w/ AC MX2 - XFX Radeon R9 280X8GB ADATA XPG V2 DDR3-1600 - MSI Z87 G41 - Corsair CX600M 600W PSU - 1TB HDD - 120GB SSD
