yeah looks like a rebranded 680 with some more features here and there..nothing special i suppose other then maybe gpu boost 2.0

That's the lightning stock boost clock, stock clock boost clock on the normal cards will be lower than that.

Well the original 680 lightning would boost to 1201mhz, this 770 lightning supposedly boosts to 1241mhz, just a 40mhz bump doesn't seem all that impressive to me.

How much overclocking headroom do these cards have left though? Never had experience with lightning cards

I know the 7970 lightning had a 140mhz headroom over its factory overclock without any extra voltage, not sure how much OC headroom was on the 680 lightning though, not much I would imagine because of the voltage cap.
