@Bubblewhale, thanks but I forgot to specify that the case I have is MATX

I don't recommended going with matx on a AM3+

I am looking to build a PC and my budget is currently 250$. But Wait, this budget is for a CPU, mobo and PSU only. I've already got a sufficient case, memory, and HDD, and I plan on purchasing a graphics card and SSD later. Here's what I have in mind:

Part List: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RpYHqs

CPU: Intel Core i3-4330 3.5Ghz Dual-Core ($129.99 @ Amazon)\

Motherboard: Asus B85M-G R2.0 Micro ATX LGA1150 ($79.99@ TigerDirect)

Power Supply: Corsair CSM 450W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX ($29.99 @ Newegg)

Total $239.97

Any critiques or changes are greatly appreciated. Thank You

Maybe going AMD will be a better route.

FX 8320/6300

Any 970 AMD mobo will do ( No ECS tho)

Psu is fine.

@Bubblewhale, I know that AM3+ isn't ideal with mATX but it is my only option.

BTW, how does this mobo sound instead?

Also, Does the FX-6350 have integrated graphics for the time being before I have enough money to buy a graphics card?

Thanks!

No, you would need FM2 cpu, the mobo has a integrated gpu that you can use for now.

@Bubblewhale, thank you so much for your help!

I think the final verdict is the FX-6350 and the Gigabyte mATX motherboard with integrated graphics. Seems like a really good value, especially considering I can't have an ATX mobo.
