I was playing BF3 (everything on ultra, Vsync on, 1366x768 screen res, 60 FPS constant) just now, and from time to time there was a beeping sound, like BEEP BEEP!, and nothing happened, it sounded 3 times on intervals of about half an hour, then I stopped playing, I was monitoring my temps the whole time I was playing, since I just build this PC.

These are my spects:

i5 3570 (non K, I dont want to overclock, beacuse of the small enclosure)

8 gigs of ram 1600mhz hyper-X

GIGABYTE GA-Z77N-WIFI INTEL Z77 LGA1155 DDR3 PCIe mITX

Corsair Fuente Poder 550w vs series

Thermaltake WaterCooling Water2.0 Performer

CoolerMaster MINI-ITX Elite 120 Advance

EVGA GTX 660 ti (blower fan)

here are my temps

capturakrj.png

please just look at the MAX values, since the screenshot was taken after I closed the game.

The room where I am playing right now is pretty hot, there are 4 PCs in total playing BF3.

Sometimes at the start of a battle I was seeing weird artifacts, and an almost black image, like the textures didn't load properly, I just closed the game, opened it again and the problem was fixed.

I am also running the latest drivers from Nvidia (haven't restarted yet)

As far as I know these temps are just fine, unless they are not accurate , or they are too high and I just don't know that they are.

Please help D:.

PS: I tried to give as much info as possible, I'm sorry if it is difficult to read, since English is not my native language.

The max value isn't anywhere close to the die's maximum thermal limit. Does it only beep while playing BF3?

temps are okay in this screen. If you have doubt about video card, you can test it with furmark

I was playing lineage 2 and it didn't beep, since this computer is new, ït doesn't have all my games installed yet, BF3 is the only high demanding game I have installed right now, weird thing is that the beeping seemed to come out of the speakers instead of the Mobo D:

meanwhile I'm going to restart the PC, and give it a shot in furmark

20 mins in furmark, 44avg FPS, 70c max temp, no errors or glitches :S, guess I'll have to play some more BF3 and see if the problems repeats itself, now that I rebooted the PC and the drivers should be "fine".

I really don't know what it is, nor if it is serious D:

Do you have a gadget to monitor temps? Because some of them beep at a fixed temp.
