The Shield Tablet uses Tegra K1, this has Tegra 3.

 

As for the pending question, of course not. You can, however, get Limelight and do the whole game streaming thing so long as you have a compatible controller, but don't expect the experience to be amazing.

I don't think that Nvidia will give you the software, and they have to modify it for that tablet so i would think that no

Nu uhhhh.

That tablet has a Tegra 3. Not a K1.

Now I'm not sure if you can somehow install NVidias Android on it, but the Tegra 3 is not very fast anyways... You want to use it for GameStream?

Even if it did have a Tegra 4 or K1, nVidia only allows gamestream on Shield branded devices, it isn't publicly available.
