Are these temps okay?

i7 3770k 4.5ghz is 60 celsius while playing fc3

And

Gtx 690 is 80 celsius when playong fc3

60c is alright, just try to stay below 90c

Yes. Those are fine temps. I would try to stay below 70-75.

Life is pain. Anyone who says any different is either selling something or the government.
