Recently my computer has been freezing up at random times at least once a day, so I thought it was the ram and used memtest to check but that showed no errors. I tried to reboot but nothing appeared on my screen and MemOK was on soild red, I used every combo I could think of to switch ram sticks around (single, dual, all, none) and still nothing so it couldn't be ram. There is also a beep code of 1-2 that shows that I need to clear the CMOS but that didn't work after several times. I basically took apart my computer and put the parts back on one by one, could it be the MOBO or CPU?

MOBO: ASUS M4N75TD

CPU: AMD Phenom II 965

RAM: Corsair XMS 2x2GB 1600 (down to 1333) and 2x4GB 1333
