As I said I wanna build a gaming pc with the EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti Superclocked w/ EVGA ACX Cooler,intel core i7 4790k and msi z97 mini itx into a slim,light,and cooled case. Can some one help me?

I have seen the raven rvz01 is look great but I don't know can a corsair rm850w fit on it? An which CPU cool should I use for overclock?

you dont need a 850 watts PSU for an ITX build

 

and no, RVZ can only fit an SFX psu

Silverstone have recently released a 600 Watt SFX 80+ Gold, Fully Modular, Semi-Fanless etc (all the bells and whistles) and that would be perfect for this build of you use one of silverstones small cases

It is enough to run that system

Should be. Linus did a build log where he used a 550 watt psu to power an OC 780 and an IC 4770k I think

Because the gpu is stock overclocked so I don't think is can delivery enought power for the system

I have find this guy use 140mm psu on rvz01 here is the link:http://www.hkepc.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=2049244 is it are same as the rm750w from corsair because I get that extra I don't want to spend money to buy sfx psu
