Option 2 has a K-series CPU but a chipset that will not allow OC'ing so option 2 should be out of the question. Option is slightly meh IMO. Give me a moment to try and come up with a better build. (Just need to know whether you plan to SLI/CF)

RIG: I7-4790k @ 4.5GHz | MSI Z97S SLI Plus | 12GB Geil Dragon RAM 1333MHz | Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970 (1550MHz core/7800MHz memory) @ +18mV(Maxed out at 1650/7800 so far) | Corsair RM750 | Samsung 840 EVO 120GB, 1TB Seagate Barracuda | Fractal Design Arc Midi R2 (Closed) | Sound Blaster Z                                                                                                                        Getting: Noctua NH-D15 | Possible 250GB Samsung 850 Evo                                                                                        Need a console killer that actually shits on every console? Here you go (No MIR/Promo)

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

I would go with this (Assuming you can make the €24 stretch). The vapor-x is quite cheap in germany/at this store which is by far the best option.

No case and PSU?

He said the €500 is for CPU, motherboard, RAM and graphics card so I got him what he asked for :).

Isnt GPU more important than CPU for gaming and yes i think i can get your build down to 500€ with Idealo.de

The I5-4690k will last you for a damn long time (especially if you OC it and cool it with something like a Corsair H100i) and the Toxic R9 270X is a very very good card.

However the R9 280 will give you a bit more power and can be OC'd to the speeds of an R9 280X.

what if i take i5-4690 and take r9 280 instead of r9 270

Works too. The R9 280 is stronger but the 4690 (non-k) is not overclockable except for a tiny bit (100-150, not worth it). If you don't intend to OC then the 4690 and R9 280 (maybe 280X) will work just fine.

yeah i know that non k version is not overclockable. Is there a big difference between 4690 and 4690k if you overclockit

The 4690k can go as high as 4.6 with a bit of luck. but 4.2 is normal

ok thanks just i more question will the motherboard that i put in my build 2 be ok for i5-4690 since i dont need z87 or z97 for OC

Get H97 if you're not OC'ing, but only if significantly cheaper really.
