Posted August 11, 2014 Hi All~ So my PC has some stuttering issues ever since my upgrade to Windows 8.1. I have gotten some suggestions to check my HPET settings and I have been checking this for the past couple of days but i am still unsure as to whether i should leave the HPET on or off cause there seem to be valid arguments coming from both sides Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
