Music section?

ObeseWalrus

Should we have a music part of the forum? I would think that it was a good idea.

If you want to join a really cool Discord chatroom with some great guys here from LTT and outside this community then PM me!

Nice profile picture. Haha! I just get the feeling that a music forum will cause a few arguments. Though if everyone's sensible, it could be good. But I also kinda agree with NewAndreas, there.

Would probably die. I would rather have threads that stay alive, like this one http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/132230-what-song-are-you-listening-to-right-now/page-104

maybe you're right, but I want some more music discussion other than peeps posting yt links to whatever they're hearing.

Indeed. Went on a Top Gear watching binge the other month. Watched the entirety of it since the "new" series from 2002. Haha. And being from the UK, I only watch the UK version.

@NewAndreas What's wrong with quoting the OP?

When you are answering a question that is in the first post, and the whole point of the thread is to answer that question.

Do you know why? I've been vying for a music section myself

I think it was because there wouldn't be enough attention to it.

I was directing two statements to the OP, one of which could have been ambiguous. As such, I quoted him to ensure a lack of ambiguity.

That is an exeption I guess, like when the op has tons of questions you can quote parts of the OP

I would personally like to see this but I don't think there would be enough interest in it.
