I am having some performance problems on some games and I was seeing if it was related to any of my hardware. I will most likely upgrade my PSU soon.

What kind of problems? - Your hardware is quite solid hey

It might just be the games but I am having small micro stutters in almost every game I play. They don't happen all the time though. What is weird is it seems to help if I OC my CPU, but if I do that even the slightest bit my PC crashes.

That's strange, what are your temps? idle and load

Edit:

Are all your drivers up to date, BIOS, GPU etc.

My temps are around 50-75 on CPU and GPU. All my drivers are up to date.

EDIT: I am using V-Sync if that would help.

And you've tried a fresh install of windows? Is it stuttering in online play or single player?

This is exactly my problem, but it happens in most games not just Watch Dogs. http://forums.ubi.com/showthread.php/909098-Loading-Stutter-(Just-like-all-your-previous-games)?s=71fa5829a991c43f61727737b0ead3a2

Well if this is it then that means it's a problem with how the game was made? - Does it only happen in ubisoft games for you? Do you use the windows 7/8 mouse acceleration fix?

Edit: Do you use malwarebytes?

Actually, now that I think about it it does mostly happen in Ubisoft games. It might just be that Ubisoft is bad at optimizing games for PC, which they are obviously. I used to use Malwarebytes but I have uninstalled it recently.

I was wondering if I should upgrade any of these PC parts I currently have.

GPU: GTX 780 SC ACX

CPU: Inter Core i5 4670K with CM Hyper 212 Evo

RAM: 8GB

PSU: Corsair CX600M

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit

Motherboard: Gigabyte Z87X-UD3H

If you have the money, I would swap out the PSU for an 850W, SLI 780s and getting Windows 8 from G2A (really cheap) for slightly improved performance.

DAZZA THE DRAGON, MEMER AND KING OF DORITOS AND MOUNTAIN DEW.
