I already did searched for this topic but they don't really like I want.If I buy a reference Gtx 780 Ti how much loud and hotter will it be compared to non reference 780 Ti models?

Aesthetics or Performance. That's for you to decide. I would honest get the ACX cooler because the 780 ti is a really good overclocking.
