So I've built my own pc on the AM3+ Socket and installed the drivers successfully and have been using it for about 7 months now and everything was simple  and easy.  I now doing a build for a friend and he is using an LGA 1150 socket mobo.  There are so many more drivers than on my amd board and I am really confused as to which ones i need to install and in what order i should do them in.

the MOBO and Drivers:

Gigabyte GA H97N - WIFI

The order shouldn't really matter, but upon closer inspection everything under SATA RAID/AHCI doesn't have to be installed, the driver is for during the windows installation process only and isn't needed for Windows 8 I think.

If you are unsure what to get and don't understand what descriptions mean, I suggest you get APP Center from Utilities page. It has autoupdate feature which locates drivers you need and does download and install process for you. But if you are going to be building machines in future, you should learn how to read version numbers and descriptions to find out if you need driver or not. Sometimes its just best to get them all.
