$400 budget build ! Need Suggestions

So,

I,m building a really low budget gaming pc for a friend and would like some suggestions.

Here's what i've come up with:-

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/F8YHqs

or i could swap out the video card for a Galaxy GeForce GTX750 Ti GC 2GB . (they  are the same price in my country).

The Budget is 450$ tops .

needs to play assassins creed unity when it comes out.

Thanks in advance. :)

750 ti is more powerful. I would not go for that pentium if you don't overclock it.

I would look into the Fractal Design Core 1000. About $50, but you could get it on sale. PSU, you might be able to get a corsair CX430 for $20-$30. And GPU I would upgrade to either a 750ti, like you mentioned, or maybe a 270 is you can find one cheap enough.

270's

So besides being $100 over priced and not having a gpu worth a damn, why consider this?

Also My vote would be for the X4 athlon build.

System CPU : Ryzen 9 5950 doing whatever PBO lets it. Motherboard : Asus B550 Wifi II RAM 80GB 3600 CL 18 2x 32GB 2x 8GB GPUs Vega 56 & Tesla M40 Corsair 4000D Storage: many and varied small (512GB-1TB) SSD + 5TB WD Green PSU 1000W EVGA GOLD

You can trust me, I'm from the Internet.
