I'm curious, has anyone done a water cooling loop in a Corsair 230t?

An AIO should be possible mounted in the front. Maybe you have to mod it a bit because of the drive bays.

 

A custom loop will only work if the radiator is externally.

If you put a radiator on the top of the case externally, with the fans inside, then that would work, with potentially a slim 120mm radiator in the rear fan slot.
