I... am blown away! I cannot handle how sexy this case looks

top.jpg

Apparently bent out of one piece of aluminium

P6040166.jpg

There is a carbon fiber shroud for the psu wires and it looks simply amazing.

But the price...

Does it actually cost that much to manufacture? Or is it more of a status thing for concept series? I wonder if people actually buy their concept cases, if I won a small lotto I would buy the shit out of this case.

Limited run case will up the cost, requires it to be either hand built or a new manufacturing design, so that will up the money. Plus it's pretty thick aluminium, so that's another reason. I prefer the H frame and 901/904 to this, but it does look like some sort of centrepiece case. Almost too good to be used for a pc. Maybe I could get one as a coffee table, and just happen to have a HTPC built into it.

Do you guys have one of them boring office looking cases like the ethoo pro?

I have this case on Pre-Order. (not joking) .

I think they are charging so much because its 1/500 + the fact its hand bend out of one piece of aluminium. They can also only make 15 a month.

So fucking lucky! Are you going to do a review? that would be awesome

If I was going to spend £6/700 on a PC case I would get a one off case manufactured in my own design or build it myself or build a desk PC or something

I'm curious, do you hate the Zalman Z11 or the Phantom 410?

The Phantom 410 is ok, its quite attractive, the Zalman I do not like, their quality is a bit sub par, plus aerocool have a better case with top fins (or the Alienware case that has automatic opening electric top fins, that case is beautiful)

I disagree, Zalman's quality is great but they are outdated. for the tiem they made it, it should have usb headers not passthroughs! and the back fan is a molex connect so you need a wad of molex connectors under the HDDs for the 5 fans

Their quality is alright for the price but not good enough for me, from my experiance with and with selling zalman products

The motherboard orientation

It goes with the idea of heat rising, thus aiding the flow of air as it is heated up by the components. It does make sense actually, and really, when you see the gains in temperature it's strange not all cases are orientated this way
