Computer wont boot up

Hi guys, I was playing around with the auto BLCK OC function in AI suite 3 and now my computer wont boot up properly. It begins it normal boot up then just shuts down. Its just keeps on doing this, I have tried flashing a new bios by using the USB Bios Flashback thing that comes with my mobo, I have also tried clearing the CMOS by using the Cmos jumper. I have tried reseating the ram and booting without the GPU plugged (kept it in the PCI slot but pulled out the 6 pin).

 

I have no clue what else to do. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

 

Edit: So I tried again with the ram and I pulled 2 sticks out of the 4 and I was able to boot. Would this mean that one of the other 2 sticks are dead?

Update: So after fiddling around a bit more I was able to boot iwth all ram in. I think it was a just a one off.
