Tt esports level 10 mouse software not working

Hi guys, today i received my new ducky shine 3 and Tt esports level 10 hybrid mouse and i can not get the driver/software for the mouse to work, when i would click on the program it would ask me to connect my mouse, i tried unplugging

and plugging back in, i tried uninstalling and re-installing etc. maybe i downloaded the wrong drivers so if anyone can put the link in so i can try that it would be greatly appreciated but i did get it off their website so yeah, if you have any suggestions that would be really helpful.

Thanks in advance

Hello,

My name is Mike with Thermaltake!

I would want to verify the driver and OS you are using and know more about how you have  the mouse connected to the PC.

To save time on the troubleshooting, give our support a call at 800.988.1088, we are open M-F 9-5:30PM PDT.

Thank you for your purchase and sorry for the delay with my reply.

Take care,

ThermalMike

When you plug in the mouse w/o installing driver, did the mouse light up? I kind of recall mine lighting up, but you have no control over lighting and color till you install the driver and related software. I have a Level 10M mouse myself, had no issue with it other than it not being as comfortable as I'd have liked it to be.

^Exactly the same as mine. Lights up upon USB insertion. No matter what USB port.

Works fine, no finetuning control until software is installed. No issues installing software either, just I don't like/use it so I don't have it installed.
