so i saw linus's latest video where his PC is thermal throttling i am wondering if my pc is the same. does the MSI afterburner program, i saw him using only for msi cards or can i use it on my amd radeon windforce 7950 to check if my pc is getting hot or are there better programs out there for this?

You can use it with any gpu company. So yes it will work with your 7950.

MSI Afterburner works for basically any and all graphics cards, and yes, it is one of the best programs out there. Linus approved.
