Wouldn't it be nice to have GPU manufacturers to start making more GPUs with preinstalled water blocks? Not the cheap kind but maybe some EK water blocks. I'm well aware there are some out there but i'd like to see it become more common.

I think it would be great to see reference cards come in waterblock and blower versions

or if they made an option of no cooler, so you save $30 bucks if you're installing a water block anyway

I'd pay a premium for that since I have an immense fear of opening my gpu up.

No, because it would be a waste of money and will be expensive, it would be nice if they sold the GPU without a cooler if the buyer had the intentions of watercooling

the only issue I can see with no cooler options is that people might buy it without realizing who it's for, the RMA it after it burns out

EVGA has been making their Hydro-Copper series of graphics cards since the 580 I think. I think Sapphire makes an 290X with a preinstalled waterblock.

Its unfortunate though that the majority of these types of graphics cards are still dual slot, But maybe its useful so they can cram more display outputs onto the back.

It would be really cool if more manufacturers made good quality ones, but sometimes they charge you large amounts of money to do. Like a block+card would go for 550 whereas their solution goes for 700.

You literally have to be retarded to mess something up.  It's INSANELY easy to do.

There actually are manufacturers that do that, VisionTek or Powercoler as example :)

Both use EK-WBs :)

I find they should give the purchaser the option of either an air cooler or water block on the GPU.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.
