Sega emulator problem

So,i finally found this awesome program which allows me to play all sega mega drive games on pc (untill 2 weeks ago i had working sega mega drive console) but whenever i try to run games in full screen it freezes and i need to close it from tak manager...I am using the emulator called "Fusion" ...Someone had same problems? how i can solve this? Thanks
