Both of your CPU_OPT and CPU fan should be filled because of the pump and fans.

nothing worked so far

If the two CPU fan slots are occupied and it is still happening then you haven't described the issue enough for us to completely understand what you mean.

Go to your bios and under fan monitor (or something like that), set it to ignore the CPU fan. That's what I did.

my bios is just saying no cpu fan were detected... then sends me to bios. and for this very instant it dosen't even say why it sends me to bios, it just does

And telling it to ignore cpu fans doesnt solve the problem? also is your AIO and fans working correctly? as that is something I would be more concerned about if you have them plugged into the CPU fan headers and you are still getting this.

aio is working fine, and they are connected to the fan headers

Hmm that is strange. In your bios, in the monitor section (or similar depending on what your particular BIOS calls it) does the pump or fan plugged into the cpu header show the RPM it is running at? Not just blank or 0? Maybe try plug a spare fan or another one of your case fans in and see if you still get the problem. Doesnt really solve it but at least it may narrow down your issue.

Ok so all the connected fans are showing the correct RPM (obviously except the one that is not connected). I am pretty stumped on this. Last ditch effort try updating to the latest bios (if you havent already) and clearing your CMOS by removing the battery. Also may want to backup any OC profiles you have saved to a flash drive as they will get wiped. Then see if it still reports the same issue. If its fixed then restore your profile and all should be good. If by some chance restoring your profile causes the issue to reoccur then just set up your bios options manually after clearing the CMOS again.

Probably wont work but worth a shot. Sorry I cant be more help.

how do i update bios? and by removing the battery you mean disconnect it ?

What board are you using? I have only used Asus mobos for a long time now so not familiar with other brands specific names and sections of their UEFI bioses. Essentially go to the support web page for your board. Download the latest bios rom/file and put it in the root directory (just the empty directory when you first open the usb drive) of a freshly formatted usb drive. Boot into your bios. Find the flash bios update section and select your usb drive when it asks you where the new bios rom is. Then just click on the bios file you have downloaded and it should flash it and reboot. Make sure you dont lose power or interrupt the process as it could brick your mobo.

There should be a small circular battery on your mobo somewhere. Power down the system unplug it and remove this battery too. Wait for a while then put the battery back in and plug in and power up the system again.

In your bios navigate and select monitoring.

Down to fans, disable the CPU fan monitoring.

Done.

I believe the OP has already tried this. At least it was recommended to them by me and others. But yeah if not definitely do as d33g33 says. That is what most of us have to do with custom water cooling to avoid this. Mine still turns on and off quickly the first boot any time I have disconnected the power completely even after turning monitoring off.
