When do you think an MSI Extreme clocked twin forzr cooler titan will come out?

i believe the titan is locked down just like the 690's were nvidia wont allow custom coolers, the 780 on the other hand will probably have custom coolers galore

The custom 780s from ASUS, MSI etc will probably be out in a week or so. As for the Titan no.

I don't know what Nvidia's official statement on custom coolers is for the 780, but EVGA has a custom design already, so I'd assume they're allowed.
