The 4440 is actually a really good CPU, I used it for a few months. Probably the best price:performance quad-core chip from Intel, actually.

Yes the bottleneck will be so tight that the 290 will esplode while trying to fit through it. 

 

No it will not bottleneck it....

only in Watchdogs maybe slightly.
