Overclock Reverting Back to Stock

Ever since I've overclocked My Radeon HD 7770 from 1020Mhz to 1060Mhz on the core randomly during heavy loads like games cause it to go from 1060 to it's 1020 for no reason.
I'm using MSI Afterburner and AMD's 14.4 drivers.

I'm monitoring the temperatures and it doesn't ever seem to exceed 68C.

Did u enable overclocking in the amd control panel?

Nope, did now... The one thing I forgot to do... Some of the things I forget... *facedesk*
