Sub $800 laptop

thekeemo

so im in the market for a sub 800$ but it needs to be decently powerful and I would mostly use it for mobile gaming and interneting. I could care less about how big it is or how heavy it is. I found an awesome deal on the Lenovo

IdeaPad Y580 but it was out of stock. please note im in Canada.

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

Check memory express. I found some good ones on there when I was looking for a laptop for school.

EDIT: I'll see if I can find a couple.

Most <800$ laptops will either be using iGPU or have a dedicated GPU but crap CPU.

Option 1: ASUS Touchscreen

Option 2: MSi

Option 3: ASUS Non-Touchscreen

Option 4: Lenovo W/ a 660m

Option 5: 24 GB SSD

Option 6: Seems Aight

@thekeemo

Someone told Luke and Linus at CES 2017 to "Unban the legend known as Jerakl" and that's about all I've got going for me. (It didn't work)

Look for hp pavilion series. less than 800 dollars and able to play all games(new games not high or ultra settings because on integrated graphics) You need 1000 dollars or more for a decent gaming laptop.

I see.

It's an L

@thekeemo

MSi Is pretty legit, I don't have any experience with acer but I remember hearing one time that they have awful customer support.

My MB is MSi and it's good build quality. I had a hands on with one of their gaming series laptop at a store and it was nicely built.

@Jerakl I was talking about the build quality of acers and I heard that msi's build quality is pretty solid but if I look at the specs 1366x768 on that size screen would be crap
