4790k high stock temps?

I feel like my 4790k runs hotter than it should and I haven't even overclocked it yet. It gets to about 70c while playing some games, idles at about 30-40? Likes to move around a lot.

 

I have a custom loop cooling my 4790k and a 780ti, using a 360 rad in the front and a 240 rad at the top. Are those temps normal?

Going to state the obvious here, but yea that is a little high from what would be expected. Idle temps are within a realm of reasonably. Nothing harmful though so don't worry that way.

30°-40° is a big swing of doubt. depending on ambient temperature either you

are fine or have an air bubble within the blocks or radiator.

really not enough information to get in depth solutions.

What is the easiest way to tell if you have an air bubble? When I was filling my loop I tilted the case and what not, felt like I got rid of most of the air bubbles.

 

My CPU block is the EK Supremacy, not sure if that matters or not.
