Motorola Software Update Issue

I have a Moto X on Verizon, and it seems to be stuck on Android 4.2.2. I've tried many times to "check for updates," and I keep getting an error. I've restarted and tried many times, but I've had the same result. I've looked all over the internet, and I can't get it to update. I've tried clearing the data on and force stopping Google Services Framework. Still the same result

Yes, it was recently factory reset. I could try again I guess. I'm just trying to avoid that if I can.

I factory reset my phone, and it didn't help.
