3 issues

 

i built my first computer yesterday when i go to plug in a hdmi wire to the gpu to the tv i get no signal i thought something was was wrong so i took it to a computer teck he plugged in into his moniter and it was fine from that is the hdmi port on my gpu bad?  its a msi gtx 760

 

2nd issue

when i turn on my computer it sometime takes multiple attempts to start when when i press it i can hear the fans going than stop ike its struggling to stay on than after like 30 secs of pressing. it finally turns on.  is my psu bad? its a corsair rm 750

 

3rd issue

my gpu is not alined with the back things you unscrew so when i put my gpu in the slot it cant be screwed down is that a issue with the mobo or the case?  my mobo is the asrock killer 990fx and my case is the corsair 750D

The GPU should be aligned with the slots and and brackets, try reinstalling it, you do not want to apply pressure or stress the card,

Also check if your motherboard is actually mounted properly

and it does align with the slots but the metal pce at the back of the gpu blocks the hole so it cant be screwed in should i just make a whole or cut a piece off or something so i can screw it in

i did that though the case is missing 2  places to screw in the board could that be it? why its not aligning i mean

all the inserts in the back of the mobo is visible so i think i did install the mobo somewhat correctly

the little piece on metal in the shadow is the culprit sitting right on top of a screwdown point when i tried to screw in the gpu. it  was crooked

ok i found the issues due to the fact that i cant screw the gpu on straight to secure it it wasnt working now that i have unscrewed and sitting on the floor it fixed all the issues

 

but idk how am i going to screw the gpu in considering cutting or bending the piece piece or metal
