Taskbar (bottom right). Find Chrome icon -- it's likely docked in your hidden icons.

Hi.

My problem is that Google Chrome always launches at startup, even after I have removed several times from msconfig and CCleaner. It keeps reappearing in msconfig. I haven't found any options in Settings that could disable it.

It could be another program that is launching it if it is your default browser , have you recently installed anything that you think could require the loading of an internet page on startup ?
