For one, he's using a 270X... This one uses an R9 290X... So, what's the conflict?

he thinks FX4350 is not bottlenecking the card.

OP: Read the thread you linked to OP of that thread says the FPS dips too much and thats directly related to CPU. Average FPS mean nothing

On the review, he was using his "Red Mist" build I think... The details of the rig is somewhere on his channel...
