How would I go about this?

So while building my computer I decided to buy a Azza Hurricane case. However the main fans are all 230mm. And most closed loop water cooling kits do not have 230mm rads. 

What I want to do is water cool my reference GTX 770. Because I think the stock cooler is making it heat up a lot. and hopefully some water cooling will make it work much better. 

 

I'm open to open loop systems although I would prefer closed because of not having to really maintain it as much. 

 

Any suggestions or help?

What a crappy case, how much did you pay for it?

Grab a G10 and a kraken x40 (or similar), mount it, done. You can use the front fan mounts, just take a drive sled out and run the tubes through the gap.
