Media Comsumption Tablet

Hey, I am looking for a tablet for around $250 where I can watch movies, shows, etc. My main purpose for it will Media Consumption. So any recommendations ?

Around 7 or 8", micro sd would be a good bonus, and as well as a FHD screen.

Nexus 7 is always a great option. I have one and love it, I got mine refurbished for $130, and I doubt there is any device that can even come close in price/performance. It doesn't have a micro-sd slot, but besides that it's great.
