Best Battery Bank?

I'm trying to find a good battery bank that I can use when needed or when traveling (road trips, watching videos etc).

I'm looking at getting the HTC One or the S4 (can't decide, any suggestions?).

So, the question, what is the best sub $100 battery bank that you know of.

Get the samsung galaxy s4 and as for battery bank what are those do you mean like a rechargeable case?

I mean the things with USB ports that you can plug in and charge your phone with.

How many charges are you looking to carry around at once?

2+ so that I can use it and I could let a fried use it.
