Image file of a USB drive

Hello,

I'm going to create a Windows 8 recovery drive so I can repair the OS if I have to. The thing is I might have to reuse that drive for something else. So my question is: how can one create a disk image of a USB drive which also contains other disk info (label, bootable etc)?
