Nvidia Game Card

Well I got myself my second GTX 670 yesterday and i got my 2 Game cards, Metro Last Light and Assassins Creed 3, after installing my 670 and got all my drivers and stuff done and was up and running i went to redeem my code and it fail. Both are invalid.

 

So i'm now stuck who do I contact ? Nvidia or the retailer or EVGA ( the cards maker) ?

Nvidia seems to make the more sense since it's their game bundle.

Yeah, I would suggest Nvidia as well. The retailer and EVGA probably wont know all that much about the game bundle.

How did you attempt to redeem the code?

the games customer support will also help. while nvidia can issue another number the game customer support can tell you if the number has already been registered. they will then either migrate the key to your account and dissable the other accounts access or give you a new key... 

i had a similar issue with BF2 that i picked up for £2 e.a CS (yeah i know) sorted me out in about 5 mins and gave me a copy of bf1 for my trouble.
