Get the one that is cheaper. Performance is almost identical. I have GTX 770 but I got it when it was freshly relased for 380€ (7970 was 380€ too back then so I got 770 because it was new).. now I could get it for 300€ or R9 280x for 250€. If I was on market for GPU now I would pick R9 280x any day.
