How well would that cpu hold up with Hardcore Linus Chrome Browsing tabs? He literally has so many open it's insane. Otherwise it looks good!

The point on getting the Pentium-K is that the CPU becomes quite decent when you OC it. Not only he said no overclocking, but also you shouldn't be giving a OC'd system to someone that knows nothing about it.

An i3 4130, or a i5 4440, or similar, is enough for the system you are aiming for.

 

Go with  TheSLSAMG build, it's actually pretty good.
