PCPartPicker Wattage estimates?

Are the estimates on PCPartPicker acurate and how many extra watts should i leave myself for headroom?

It just stacks up the TDP of  all the parts, it's pretty accurate, but maybe try to not cut it close, atleast 50w more, 100 if you want,

It's not 100% accurate, not one single watt of matgin but they do give you a good idea and if you give it 50-100W extra you should be fine.
