so my real crappy (yet surprisingly good mic) "Headrush" head set is near its end of it life. So i need a headset, not headphones, or if its better, a mic and headphones. so i am willing to spend like $60 to MAYBE AT THE EVERY MAX like $90.

here is a mic test of my current $30 headset.

any suggestion? i need the mic to be as good, if not better because this mic in the winter picks up lots of static.

I have the ZM-MIC1 and it's really good for what it's worth. it's obviously no studio microphone but are on par with anything you'll get stuck on a headset, getting one would allow to get more for your money since headphones drop the gimmicky marketing features like headsets for good sound imo.
