Gaming build for my sister - Good or not?

Hello all, my sister's going to be getting a gaming machine soon and I sort of wanted a second oppinion on the parts choice before purchasing it.

Notes:

1. It's going to be used for gaming and recording games with an external recorder.

2. She's going to use it for minecraft, skyrim, starbound, magicka and the sims 3.

3. She already has the OS, case, fans, mouse and keyboard.

i dont know what prices are there but if you can get a cheaper mobo and a 270(x) if you can, and try and get cheaper parts of the same tier where you can

Either get a R7 265 or a GTX 750 TI depending on what you can get for cheapest. The R7 265 is a bit faster but is generally a bit more expensive. Get whatever is cheapest out of the two but otherwise great build

Try getting a gtx 760 instead of the 750ti, there is much more power in it for not a terrible amount more.
