The best cpu for this board would be a Core 2 Duo Extreme... But depending on how much you want to spend on one, just a regular Core 2 Duo would be fine. Newegg has two referbished cpus for 52 - 56. Elsewhere may have more for different prices, but because of the age of the board. Options are fewer.

I am also looking for gaming by the way sorry i didnt say sooner

There are some quad core cpus that are supported by your motherboard (you should update your bios to the latest version first if you do get a newer one). Here's a list of supported cpus for your motherboard: http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-ASUS/P5N32-E_SLI.html

I would still recommend considering upgrading to a new pc at this point, that socket is pretty out-dated.

I am making the choice if just getting a new mobo and CPU all togethor thanks for the help everyone and sorry if this wasted your time.

I wouln't pump more money into an LGA775 platform at this point.

A good starter would be a B85 motherboard and a Core i3 4150.

Pair that with an R9 270 and 8GB of RAM and you'll have a field day.
