Seems pretty solid. I would think about getting a cheap SSD; 128gb minimum for the OS such as the Crucial MX100 and a better CPU cooler such as the CM Hyper 212 Evo.

Wow that's a lot like my build, same processor, ram, hard drive, and I'm getting same GPU except for the fact that its R9 280. I personally decided to pay more for a more reputable motherboard maker though. I know most say it doesn't matter but I honestly prefer Asus or Gigabyte to ASrock. So If it doesn't cost too much more try for a different motherboard.

Actually I haven't built it yet. The final parts are arriving next 3-5 days. Tek syndicate had a video up on the MSI R9 280(x I think) I want to say it ran about 40-50FPS ultra at 1080p in games such as skyrim, bf4, bioshock infinite. I don't imagine the 270 being too far behind. But even if you have to turn down a bit, you should have no problems running everything near at high if not ultra.
