Excel - Conditional Format

Hi,

 

I have an issue with MS Excel (Office 365).

 

There are a few cells with numbers in them. I chose a conditional format to visualize those numbers.

However, after saving and reopening the file, the conditional format changed and is not the way I want it to be.

This happens only in a specific file - trying it with a new file doesn't result in a changed format.

I don't want to move all my sheets into a new file, maybe one of you recognizes this issue and can help.
