Oh the general idea is when you play Ashe, 90% you miss your arrows (your ultimate skill that stuns and does some damage), and the 9% that you don't, it gets countered by something (either dash,flash, or in that video, a wind wall )

 

 

Like that guy (guy who plays in LCS NA)
